    Hi Laura,

Wow that card is great, can you tell me how the shape of the card is made? what i mean is the measurements and folding instructions, does that make sense?

    Thank you

Thanks glad you like it! I've uploaded a template and instructions to my blog http://leialegweak.blogspot.com/2009/09/diamond-fold-template.html - if you need anything clarifying then let me know! x

Craftygranny - I'd count your daughter's comments as compliments. I absolutely adore anything handmade whereas my sister would prefer to go out and spend a fortune in the shops.

Lei-Armstrong - fantastic card, I love the beach scene - was the card difficult to make???

Flourgirl - congratulations - sounds like you won a fab prize!!

Rainmac - congratulations on your win too - fantastic - 6 promarkers!!!

Polly - sorry to hear about your OH's accident. What an absolutely beautiful card - I love the colour combination, and I love the greenery that you've used. Fabulous coloured image too.

It wasn't actually too difficult to make and looks really effective! I felt like something was missing but didn't have time to contemplate it... x

Does anyone have the Lemonade Alphabet Dies please. I'm just thinking I could do with buying a set from Crafts u Love, or does anyone know the cheapest place for alphabet sets that will fit Cuttlebugs Please

Have you tried eBay? I've just brought the Banana Split Skinni Mini from a seller in America - it cost about £12 delivered and came in about a week! x

Padster - Look out for me in Harrogate - I'm hoping to go on Saturday, depending if my chauffeur (DH) is available. I think Dawnteabag was planning to go too - wonder if she's OK?

Is anyone else planning to go?

  • Morning all.

A couple of hours alone time for me - my littlest one is at pre-school and I have 2 1/2 hours every Friday now! He's at nursery 3 days a week so not momentous in that respect, but I have to admit to a small pang when I realised my boys are so grown up! He is also very different to his brother and toddles in with barely a backward glance rather than hanging on to my leg!

Lei - your diamond fold card is stunning. I'm definitely going to have a go.

Craftygranny - that is so funny! I'll take a couple off your hands if you like! YOur other bargains look great. I'm hoping to make pots of gold this year so need to start looking now for bits and pieces.

Flourgirl - I am now very tempted by that alphabet - it's a real bargain. Think I might have to go for it!
  • Craftsulove have got some magnetic self adhesive sheets - perfect for coasters and I'm going to use them for storing my nesties!

Can you tell I bought the alphabet...

Morning all. I'm still here :p, just being good and trying not to get caught up in commenting when I should be studying!
Hope everyone is well and enjoying children being at school :D.
Marg, can you pm me your address please - I've made a few Christmas cards that I'd like to send. If I get a chance, I'll post them on my blog before Monday as well. Thanks for running the challenge an extra week!
Furry, flourgirl and rainmac - congratulations on your wins. :j
