Craftygranny - thank you so much for the enormous wallet of images - they are lovely.
Padster - you have been busy! I love your scrapbook pages.
Well, I had a fabulous dad off yesterday getting ready for back to school today. I also made some post it note holders (how easy are they!), door hangeres and coaster calendars. Will blog them later.
Hels - have pm'd you.
So glad you had a fab day:wave: If you want the rainbow, you've got to put up with the rain :wave:0 -
Hi Ladies
Made these this afternoon with the 15p notepads I got from Asda and mini gel pens I've had for a while0 -
Rusty, I use these instructions for the post-it note holders...
http://ladynthestamp.blogspot.com/2008/05/post-it-note-wallet-tutorial.htmlI am also going to try and make some using coasters and paper clip thingies. Hopefully tonight
So sorry you had a bad night's sleep. How do you get your littlie to sleep till 8am??? Mine is up between 6-7 every day regardless of when he went to bed and he always manages to wake his brother up .
OH decided to go from Liverpool to Durham today rather than come home and go back to Durham tomorrow. Hopefully will mean he is off work tomorrow but even when he's not physically at work, his phone is always ringing or beeping cos he has emails
Hels, will email you about your 10yo girl card, will have to be later as got to take DS1 to docs now x
Thankyou for the tutorial! turns out I did have it hidden in my favourites but there are so many different links that it got lost! .... 8am is early for her in the holidays ... this week she seems to be up early think she maybe knows that she has to be up early next week for the school run so her body makes her get up? through the holidays it has been 9:30-10am pretty much every day... the secret is to hit them over the head before you put them to sleep :rotfl: I am only joking I don't really do that ... Tom is always up between 6:30-7:30 without fail it is very rare that I have to wake him up, but he just plays quietly in his bedroom bless him!! ... hope your OH gets tomorrow off! ...
I have sat and stamped some images for Marg, Rainmac and Paddingtongoo, I ended up covered in ink :rotfl: and I mean covered! it was even on my face!! now I just need to post them tomorrow!!
I am itching to craft but still in lots of pain and I forgot to call the doctors! ... so think it will be another relatively early night tonight! ..... I might see if I can make something later!Raising kids is like being held hostage by midget terrorists0 -

Rusty - I'm not going to talk to you anymore! My little one is up anytime from 5.30 - holidays or not! Later nights just make him grumpy -not sleep late!0

Flourgirl - love your note books. How did you do the pen loops please??
Ooh - I forgot to say - one of my nestie circles was the perfect size for my door hangers. I was ridiculously thrilled!0 -

Thank you for all the great comments about my scrapbook - hope my mum likes it - she's not usually overimpressed by my crafting but I enjoyed making it - Have to admit to buying her an xmas card last year
.
DD is back to school tomorrow - she's been so bored this week she's been driving me potty all day - she's been up early this week as well but bet I have to wake her in the morning - least at 9 she's been able to sort her own breakfast - have trained her to make coffee over the holidays as well - just needs to grow a bit so she can start washing up (expect that will cost me extra pocket money though).
Went to dr's this afternoon have been signed off for another 2 weeks and have some proper painkillers this time - will be able to craft in peace - shoulder needs to be exercised and really plays up if I sit still for too long :rotfl:.
Melissa, npsmama and Rusty - your stuff is on its way - just managed to catch the post after surviving a mammoth queue in the chemist!
Fab notebooks flourgirl - need to get mine made.Officially a non-smoker but still rounder than recommended
