Hels - Well done on the job, I had to look where you were based when you said that as we interviewed for somebody yesterday and called them today - thought you might be joining us, Wales might be a bit far from Northampton though :rotfl:

Rainmac - Glad the dentist went well, I'm just like you, I hate everything about the dentist, I quite often come out shaking  - Bad experiences when I was younger don't help!

I'm off to look at Bubbly Funk as I think you lot crashed it earlier as I couldn't get on!! :rotfl:

Wow I have missed a lot!!! No way I am going to be able to catch up, I just hope everyone is well and happy.

I wont update you on me on here, i'll do that on my blog shortly.

I actually need some ideas and of course the first place I thought of was here. I need to make about 30 - 40 A6 Invitations in yellow and white, (supposed to be lemon yellow but I am short on supplies and money)
I have been told that the flower for november is a Crysanthemum and on the original design this was included, but for one reason and another I am now making them by hand.

So if any of you lovely people have any ideas on cheap and easy to make card that I can turn into an invitation I would really, really, really appreciate all the help I can get :O)
*~* My life is a little mystery that I am still trying to solve*~*

    Hello everyone:j
Firsty can I say a huge THANk YOU to Craftygranny I was so touched by the lovely papers, images, card and clearblock, I'm thrilled to bits, I cant stop looking at them!
Rusty how is your LO now? hope she's on the mend
Rainmac Awh well done on the dentist visit, hope you are ok
Polly your card is gorgeous, all your cards are infact! I'm liking the sound of this red tinsel embosing powder!
Choccy I'll be thinking of you.

Well some good news, I went for an interview yesterday and they called to say I got the job, I'm so amazed you wouldn't believe it, It's still with the same authority just moving departments and I'm only actually moving one floor away! I'm so scared and excited, the job seems quite intense so I'm starting to worry if I'm doing the right thing!

I also had a chat with my OH last night he asked me what I wanted to do for my hen night, sooooo I've decided instead of a hen night I'm meeting up with my crafty buddies at the NEC!!!!!! I told some friends today about it and they think I'm totally bonkers but girls there is nothing I would want more than to spend the day with you all it will be my HEN DAY!! Have we decided what date we are going?

:j Oooh a hen day at NEC

    Can we dress up :rotfl:??

How exciting about the new job too .. At least you know the route etc to get to work ;)

Oops - forgot to ask - tea bag and post it note holders - what sort of cardstock do you all use? I'm not sure if I need something a bit thicker.

skiergirl - package arrived today. Thank you so much, I can't wait to have a chance to play with my new colours. :) I feel bad though - I didn't send you enough to cover the postage. :(
hels - congratulations on the new job. :j I think a hen day sounds like a great idea;does that mean we have to get drunk and play silly games? Lol.
rusty - I hope you manage to get a good night's sleep with that early start tomorrow. You may be able to use DD's excitement to bribe her into an early night. ;)
salesadmin - I just spotted the comment on your blog from the wedding dress website; very MSE. :D
Good to see you back Lucy Lu and s_michaels. :)
rainmac - I hope you're not in too much pain now :(

Gemm thank you for a cracking card, she's lovely and your cutting out is really good. I'm as good as 2 year old with pinking shears. I'll post a pic over at CP.

Well I've finally caught up with all the posts and written down a couple of places that the credit card wants go visit now it's out of lock down. I think them there elves have been blowing in its ear.
