Mortage Redemption Draft Letter

Hello there,

Are there any Bog Standard Draft Letters out there?

I could use to send the bank asking them for Mortage redemption quote, including fees ect ?

Because, I just dont have a clue what/how to word one !

I also want to ask them if they will give me a new Mortage offer,

I just want to sound like a professional and not like a twit!

So any help would be most welcome.

Might be easier to phone the lender up. Redemption quotes are fixed format statements produced automatically by most lenders. Really you just need to ask for the right thing rather than specify what is on it.

When you say a new mortgage offer - do you mean a reprint of an existing offer you have been sent or a new mortgage deal (i.e. such as a remortgage)

Again, if it is the latter, probably best to just phone them up and ask what deals they would offer you.

    Or nip into a branch.
