Query loan paid direct from wages

Hello again

Another query, I have a loan which is paid direct from my wages, will the OR deal directly with getting these payments stopped or will I have to do it?

Cheers

Is it an Attachment of Earnings? The OR will write to the court and inform them of your BR, the court should then cancel the AofE.

I wish it was an attachement of earnings, its a loan I took out through a work related organisation who take the payments directly from my pay.

    Nightmare!!!

the same applies, they have no right to be repaid anymore than your other creditors do. Make sure you mention it when you first speak to the OR, sometimes this is at the court, so make sure you take all the details that you will need
