Got my BR hearing on 27th August, spoke to hp company about car today and they said as long as OR doesn't have an interest in the car and someone can make the payments (either me out of surplus or my folks) then they won't take the car off me. Woooo hooooooooooooo!
Bankrupt 10.50hrs 27th August 2009. Big fan of this forum because people are so helpful.
