    Can I sell it anyhow if I am awaiting ex husband to sign it over to me as he should have done several months ago?

    No. You can't sell it (or even surrender it) if it's not legally your policy.

    The judge said It's mine but the ex has not signed therefore breaking the terms of the court order, it was in joint names.
