loan charges

hi everyone

i am new to this but here goes....

i got a 10,000 loan from natwest for my ex but he left me a few months after when i found out i was pregnant...so i could'nt afford to pay the full payment every month. They then kept piling on charges and interest every month even though they knew i could not afford it as they recievd letters from citizen advice bureau but they took ages in freezing them and then moving my loan onto a debt collection agency where it still is now.
But i was wondering if i could reclaim these charges back or not??
im guessing not but you never know!!

any help would be much appreciated
