Endowment Complaint

I recently complained about the mis selling of my endowment mortgage from 1991.
I sent them the letter from the which website. I got a letter saying to fill in the questionare which I returned. To my suprise they then sent me another letter with another questionare it is just a pain to keep sending this stuff all the time!!
How is it that some people seem to be getting money back just with the Which Letter generator? What am I doing wrong? It just seems that I am being run around the houses.
Some advise would be good.
Thanks again.
Paul.

Might be slightly inconvenient, but if after this you get some compensation then be grateful that all you had to do was fill in a few forms0

It took about a year for us to get compensation and in the end it only amount to £600....better than nil though? :rolleyes:A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step

We used a complaints handling company as we were clueless how to go about it. It cost about £2k in fees unfortunately, reducing the pay out from Standard Life to 4.5k. Better than nothing though, which is what we might've got pursuing it ourselves0

An IFA could have done that for £300 and Standard Life would have paid the IFA bill on a successful complaint.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
