    As Jacs said to me earlier..........talk about keeping on my toes :rotfl:

    I went in and had a hushed 'sorry we didn't call, it was very close but we'll see you in 5 minutes - I thought :( and was called in and was asked 'if I were offered the post, would I take it?' :D

    I start next Monday, so i'm now full time (2x 18.5 hour posts) plus my teaching.

    I am pleased and very relieved. It isn't a complete solving of my situation, but a huge leap forward. The new salary will cover my bills, teaching will be my food and petrol and i'll have to keep doing AQA at the weekends to start hammering the 5k debt i've built up as I've been re-building my life. Lots of hours still but at least i'll see vaguely decent money from it.

    I had decided to hand my notice in if I didn't get it - if they couldn't see past what I am currently doing and recognise my past as a manager, I knew they never would and I was willing to take the risk and go back out there.

    Next phase of masterplan - get the 18.5 hour job that is up from this week and drop the admin. post :D
