    He said "not many FTB's".

    That does not say "not all FTB's" neither does it mention anything about his personal circumstances.

    Indeed I do have a sizeable deposit, but I wasn't talking about me I was talking about 'most FTB'rs don't have 40%'(which surely can't be denied). And the other part of my post was the reason banks want a 40% deposit is because they want you to lose money before them.

    What part of that isn't fact ? It's true isn't it ?

    Just to edit, if you're up half the night with a baby, been there done that, so I will let you off your bad mood.:D
