Lost bank loan details

I want some help filling out insolvency forms. I have lost my bank loan number. There appears no way to track this number.
My question is

QUESTION
1. "Will my insolvency forms be accepted by court without full information related to my unsecured loan".

2. Having incomplete information related to bank loans could cause potential problems in the future.


DETAILS

I had two loans from NATWEST AND EGG. I forgot the loan account number. For Natwest I have my current account number but not the load account number. For egg I have got no details.

I have tried registering at Experian but it does not give me the report. All I see is that they have some system problem and could not generate the report.

it well be no problem , the OR will get this informaiton for you so do not worry about it.

no it won't .. even debt not written down because you forgot about them will still be included into ti.. thisis why your name is published so creditor can contact themselve the OR dealing with your BR.

you could always list the loan and put a note that you dont remember the loan account number. this kind of things happen and OR have seen the lot so dont worry too much about it. good luck
