Cheap tent for summer camping, festivals, etc - free delivery.

£17.99 with free delivery (not bad as it weighs 2.5kg so will probably cost [them] a fair few quid to post it. Says RRP is £29.99 although 1 or 2 other places have it for £17.99 they all add on a delivery charge. Seems okay if you just want a cheap tent for the summer (camping, festivals, kids for the back garden, whatever..)

There's a cheap and cheerful Tesco Value 2 man tent - I think it cost about £7-£8 would be perfect for festivals etc.

At that price you could use it once and trash it (if you felt that way inclined!)

This tent is water resistant! I.E. Showerproof ..... just don't forget to take a wetsuit with you.

Sounds perfect for Glastonbury.

It would have to be cow proof as well, Glastonbury isn't on this year so you would be camping with the cows!!

Argos also do a disposable tent (2 person) for £9.99, though the Tesco one mentioned above is even more "disposable" at that price

Those disposable tents are a load of c**p.

I spent 3 days at a festival here in Ireland swimming in mine.

DON'T buy anything unless it has a decent groundsheet! The walls will be fine so long as you don't touch the inside when it's wet outside.

The most Important thing if you wanna keep dry is a good sewn in groundsheet. Stay away from tents that have the same material for groundsheet as that for the walls.....you'll be wet constantly!

Eurohike tents are usually a good buy, and reasonably priced. Will also last you more than one season.
