sticky pudding and custard.
2 eggs 2oz flour 2oz butter 1oz sugger and two table spoons of treacle.
cream butter and suger. add eggs and cream untill light add flour and cream until light in colour.
pour treacle into a micwave dish than pour cake mix on top.
wrap clen film on the top of dish and cook in micwave for 1 min remove film from top and cook for another 1 min.
make custard enjoy.
so very easy to make
this is around £1 per pudding.

sainsburys fromage frais 45p take lids off stick a spoon or lolly stick in each pot and frezze. they come out lovely.

grilled pineapple
sainsburys pineapple38p sprinkle suger on pineapples and grill untill it starts to trun a light colour. turn over spinkle the other side and grill again
serve with ice cream.

yes i think sainsburys is becoming one of the cheaperst supermarkets I often shop there and neglect Tescos now.
Today i got packet custard 7p jelly 7p peanut butter 69p all cheaper than Tescos

Also 250g grated strong cheddar bogof £1.98

i am also finding sainsbury's very cheap these days, i would recommend the basics rice pudding for 18p,truly scrummy:j
