Might not be of use but we get 10% off everything in Homebase and Argos via Southern Electric Energyplus Argos. Doesn't cost anymore than their regular light and heat but you buy "vouchers" on a card at 10% discount so not only do you get 10% off everything, that is also off sale and 10% day prices aswell
Obviously not worth it if your gas and electric works out more expensive!0 -
Just ask them. If I am spending a lot of money in Homebase I ask them when the next 10% day is. They either tell me, or they dont know, so I ask them if I can have the 10% discount now. They have a drop down menu on the screen with lots of different reasons for deducting money from the total.
They have done it both times have asked them.May £10 a day challenge£19.61/£310Ebay challenge...£12.61/£2000 -
A word of warning if you order something from Homebase which needs delivering, they charge £30. Always check if the same item is available from Argos as they charge only £5.80 for delivery.0
