Hire Purchase agreements help please
Can anyone help please
I have a hire purchase agreement for a car with welcome finance, the agreement has a further 12 months to run from a 48 month term. I have been advised that I can voluntary end this as I have paid more than half. I cant find any termination rights or figures on the agreement. the only wording I can find is YOU CANT END THIS AGREEMENT UNDER THE CONSUMERCREDIT ACT 1974 THE TIMESHARE ACT 1982
Does this mean I cant end the agreement and hand the car back

All regulated HP's (less than £25k advance) can be VT'd after half of all payments are made and if the account is up to date at time of applying to VT.0

does terminating the contract thing mean that you get a bad credit rating afterwards?0
