I just claimed my prize and it thanked me for claiming and said my prize would be despatched soon !!

hmmm only thing is on the homepage it says how you have to have posted within 24 hours before you win and I haven't so not sure if they really will send me a prize after all, fingers crossed I guess!

not heard anything from them either way so still dont know !! not your fault afm, am really grateful that you messaged me or I would have been none the wiser. I see they changed the rules in November cheeky things !!! You never know though but would have thought it would be an e-voucher so they would have sent it straight away. You would also think they would tell you if your not getting your prize too though !!

hmmm, well just had a thought that maybe they would send me a pm rather than an email via the actual Frugaller site so I just tried to log into my account, told me incorrect password which I knew wasnt the case, tried to get my password emailed to me and got told my email doesnt exist in their database. So it would seem they have deleted me from their system, one way of letting me know i'm not getting any vouchers I guess.
