Workout DVD

Evening all,

Im trying to get fit on the cheap, so walking everywere and cutting out the rubbish. I want to work out using an fitness dvd at home to tone and burn a few extra fat cells.

Iv tried davina macall the power of three, this was fab but two many squats and this put a lot of pressure on my knees.

Iv now go a rosmary conally, this is a dance around the living room type but quite boring.

Can anyone recomened one that they have enjoyed or had good results with.

Hello! I've got the Vicky Binns one. She's not annoying and it's a bit more dance than aerobic based which I prefer.

I've recently bought the davina mccall box set with high energy 5 and superbody workout to tide me over whilst the gym has been closed - I'd highly recommend them, especially high energy 5. This one has 5 short sections so you can mix and match them, so if you have bad knees then avoid the legs section (or only do it every so often). You can really feel that you've done them, I'm not megafit but i go to the gym 6 days a week so I'm used to exercise and this still give me a sweat on!
