I have been br nearly 8 months, I am on pay as you go, am I allowed in bankruptcy to go on contract phone, as long as I tell the provider and accept, or is it not allowed while I am bankrupt. Would like to start building my credit file for changing mortgage in the future for a better rate. We are with a sub prime lender and paying over the odds.
