What about my housemate

Hello,

I am about to submit my statement of affairs form, but I have a slight worry about my living situation - my official living situation is that I am a lodger, but it's actually with a good friend who I lived with before, and when he bought a house asked if I wanted to move in with him again. This is all fine, and as reluctant as I am to mention the severity of the situation to him, I understand that I will have to at some point, as I have had to list him as my landlord. However, I just wanted to check something - none of his assets (ie. his car or the house or his possessions) will be at risk as part of my potential bankruptcy will they?

As long as your name is not on any of the good at any point, then his stuff will be fine :)
