Refused Bankrupcy

Hello,
My DH has worried me, i am definately going to petition for bankrupcy, just trying to save for the fees. However 1 of my creditors is a car i took out on Credit in May of this year, we have only paid 2 payments and really can't afford to run it. Obviously this looks really bad from my point of view, however we have really tried to make this months payment but we couldnt't it was either pay the car or get the kids new clothes and shoes they desperatly needed.
Do i explain this on my bankrupcy forms?

Thats great, i'm dreading the OR interview. Will it always be done on the day you petition for bankrupcy. I work full time 8 to 4 and can't take the call at work. So was thinking would take a day off work and get it all done on the same day.Started slimming world 4th November 2010
