    After 3 months, your jobs safe.

    Before the 3 months is off things such as, days off for being ill (many of them) or for unadequite reasons will be studied carefully, not having a full understanding of the job or doing the job up to scrach will be looked down upon also.

    I have a 3 month period too, which ends on the 16th of this month, it should be fine, especially as i'm in my managers good books at the moment.
