Can You Freeze Homemade Garlic Bread?

Options
Im sure this is a very silly question, but Im not very good in the kitchen :o Im making homemade garlic bread using part baked bread which has never been frozen.

As the sticks are a bit big, am I ok to freeze the leftovers? Will they go soggy?

Thanks for your help

Hi, yes garlic bread freezes great. I buy wholemeal bagettes, slice and butter them with lots of garlic butter then freeze without cooking it. Then when I want it I just put it straight into the oven from the freezer...15 mins later..hey presto..fresh garlic bread!
love my little man he is amazing :j

Easiest way to freeze is to wrap portions in greaseproof or waxed paper, then place in a freezer bag. That way you can just lift out as much as you need in one go, rather than having to try and chisel it apart.

Yes, best frozen before cooking though! Just chop off the bit you don't need, wrap and freeze.
