    To be honest, the OR is going to get a large enough IPA from you they're likely not to query too much the expenses you have put down. I'd up your clothes and leave the pet insurance as it is.

    What about pet care,food etc? I have 2 dogs and put £25 for insurance and £60 for food and everything else(they both have bouts of colitis so have to feed them a specialist food) and the OR said it was fine,didn't question it at all. I also put £80 for clothing and that was allowed,only thing she didn't allow was sky,Internet and contingency.

    Why is it that all OR's are different? Surely they all have the same guidelines they have to adhere to? Or are some just a bit nasty,trying to get more of an ipa out of you?

    They do have the same guidance althogh it doesnt cover everything and is open to interpretation. Unlike many other positions the OR is personally responsible for their decisions and so get the final say
