My gf has the TT300 (better screen and longer battery life) and I have the TTOne (better GPS and smaller unit)

seems like a good deal you get a 2y warrenty, I assume you get just 1 from a new product. They are releasing new go models any time now though! If buying new then the 500 (european maps + other extras) is actualy cheeper tham the 300 now.
