Self Cert help

Hi all,
Am looking for a good recommendation for a self cert mortgage provider (broker or lender direct).
I have 30% deposit and purchase prices is £205k.
I can prove my income but it is quite sporadic. I get a guaranteed monthly amount but also work contractor status so earn pretty much twice my monthly guaranteed salary. This all comes from the same employer.
The thing is, the latter half of the contracted payments is not documented on my wage slips, only my basic salary is.
So, whilst affordability is not an issue, and I have a sizeable deposit, I'm looking for the best self cert gurus to help me out.
High street lenders keep asking for proof of salary and when I can only proove my basic they get upset. Whilst I can apreciate this, it's not helping me out and I've had my offer accepted so need to move quick.
Thanks in advance

How do you receive the rest of your income then? You must have accounts as the income is taxable?I am a Mortgage Adviser
You should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it. This signature is here as I follow MSE's Mortgage Adviser Code of Conduct. Cash in hand ?
If so, you've got no chance of a lender taking that into account these days.I am a Mortgage adviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Err, no. Lol.
It's paid in by BACs as is my salary.
Thing is, I can't go in to too much detail. But it's tax free up to £10000. and it approximates an extra £800 a month on average.
The money appears on my statements from my employer in exactly the same way my salary does.0 -
beacon home loans via a broker is possibly your cheapest rate, c 4.8% libor tracker, but will be a big fee, around £4,000.0
