Swap rates rising

OK, i'm no expert on this but it looks like swap rates are rising quite quickly now.

The brokers on here will know better than me if that's filtered through to mortgage offers yet.
But I would imagine it will quite soon, so best grab those 4.34% fixes while you can, wouldn't you think?

In the space of 3 weeks I found some of the best fixed rates had gone and my Halifax 4.39% deal ended last Monday.Happy chappy0

Just to let you know, swap rates have gone up again.
A two year swap is now at nearly 5%!!
And with the Halifax showing a big jump in house prices this month*groan*, that's the end of any talk of rate cuts for the next few years, I should think.
But what do I know?
