Order loads of simcards - o2, orange and t-mobile are all doing them and they arrive in 28 days.

TIP: Order them from mainly big companies, and go for small things that will arrive quickly.

I second ordering loads of sims, as I got 5 T-mobile ones today, thought I only ordered 2 at the most :rolleyes:
