How you know that? If they told you, I don't think that's particularly professional of them!

Yeah they told me. And I guess the last bit of that sentence was a joke?

    No, nothing

    Hi TG

Hope those little kitties are settling in well and not into so much mischief !

I am not sure why you think they are being unprofessional about when they are sending payment . I had cause to have to contact them about something else and mentioned in passing about payment as I had to help them out with a couple they had been let down on and they told me pretty much the same , although they said 'should be' and not for definate.

Huh? It would be more unprofessional of them not to tell someone when they're getting paid, I think?

I picked up an Italian Brothers. Luckily it's the same day that I was planning on going to the cinema so fits in perfectly!

APOLOGIES UKM :o:o:o That'll teach me to browse rather than read properly before I post.

I thought they had given you the "heads up" about when jobs were going to be released, not when they were sending out payment. So sorry.

  • I have also emailed RE about their 0871 phone number...it would be good if a few more people also emailed them about this as they may listen to the feedback if a few more people grumble.

I hate 0871 numbers. Cost us 10p a minute, and RE themselves get 3p a minute! So they are making a profit on us!!!

I'll definitely be emailing them as well Andy.

Well I've never seen a single restaurant on RE yet... Gutted. I'd LOVE to do an Italian Brothers one... boo hoo. I guess I'll just have to keep my eyes peeled. One day... one day!

  • I always use their 01908 numbers, (usually in assignment notes, and on their contact us details), have never tried the 0871 number.

I agree, 0870, 0871 numbers are a rip off, can normally find alternative on https://www.saynoto0870.co.uk

When you do a phone call job you need to call an 0870 number in order to let them record your phone call. I think that's what they're talking about.
