Completing Statement of Affairs - Step 4

Dear All, I will be much obliged if someone can assist me in completing step 4 (where I am stuck)

In step 4, for unsecured Creditors part, information requested include "Account, reference or agreement number, total amount owed".

I have totally forgotten the loan account reference numbers and date it was secured. Can anyone advise how to address this problem. Will credit reference file from Experian will have all the details? How can I get this information.

Hi Shani

I'm very new to this so others may have much better info but I had no idea of dates and things for my SOA so I just went on equifax.co.uk and signed up for the free trial and downloaded my credit report straight away. This gave me most of the info I needed for section 4 except for addresses. Only part of the reference numbers are quoted though so that might be a pain. The dates were the most useful for me, I had no idea how long I'd had the cards etc.

I have also applied for my Experian credit report but they wanted more proof of ID so I'm still waiting for that one. I have spent most of weekend doing the SOA's for me and my husband.
