Health/Spa question

Hi, being a bloke I have no idea about any of this, but I'm interested in buying some kind of Spa or health day or half day for my mum and sister who have had a stressful time of late.
I've no idea how much such things cost, and I'd like to spend under £100 total. Can somebody please advise what I should be looking for and if there are any deals worth taking advantage of?
If it helps, I'm looking in the Liverpool area.
Thanks in advance.

what a sweet son/brother.
well, I'd start with finding somewhere easy to get too, then see what packages they offer. we live near some quite posh spas which I'm sure make a lovely day out, but hen Ibooked for my mother a treat recently that a good local beutician offered better packages for less money, so I'd start with google. Very personally a facial would be my best gift: its relaxing and indulgant, but some people prefer manicures/pedicures for more instant visial results.
Don't be afraid to pull the brother/son card when booking....the spa should help you choose well

Thanks, there are a few locally, I'll pop my head in/phone up and see what they offer, but +1 for facial :-)

Look on lastminute.com!!
They have loads of deals on spa days and gifts, lots all over the country. I got one from there last year for a spa day for 2 with on free treatment each for £99. When I asked at the spa how much it would have been if booked direct they said £250!!!:T If you don't have anything sensible to say, don't say it! :T0 -
Hiya,
I can recommend Formby Hally spa resort..... http://www.formbyhallgolfclub.co.uk/specials/ they have offers on at the moment but not that cheap. However if you just buy them a facial each and then pay £15.00 for them to spend all day in the spa I think they would really like it. It is a lovely place with pool and gym etc. Went recently and the service is really good, I think £15.00 just to spend the day there without treatments was really good. There is a 'Menu' on the website too to give you an idea of the types of treatments they do and prices. Plus they have rooms that you can have two people having treatments at the same time, I did that with my mum and it was lovely!!
Hope this helps.0
