Wellcome Finance - HELP PLEASE

I took out a loan with Wellcome Finance 2 years ago and have since become ill and unable to work. I have offered them a payment that I can afford and they are still sending me threatening letters (I have continued to make the payment I offered to them whilst this is going on). Does anybody have any suggestions for me please? I cannot pay any more than I am offering and paying now so even if they take me to court they cannot get blood out of a stone. Please advise

Thank you

  • First of all do u have PPI? it sould cover sickness for 5yrs well or ther about
if not, there is really nothing they can do to you beacuse it would cost them more to take u to court and the process is not that simple ,but be aware as long as this is the only suffering credit u have it wont damage ur scoring too bad, the worst they can do is put a ccj on ur name which basically means u can make arrangements of that amount that u are comfortable paying, but if u have other suffering account and u are not working go to one of their branches with a payslip and bankstatement as they will require that for a financial review, its better to try and make an arrangement with the bank in question that going thru debt management cos they charge a fee each month for what u can do free at branch wher u took the loan.
hope this hepls and get well soon (goodluck)
    Impossible is nothing...:D:D
