No IPA/IPO but nil tax code need advice please

Hello everyone,

Well I finally did it was declared BR on 16th of June and was told no ipa but got one in affect for tax. Does this include national insurance 2 or does this continue the same?

Plus this lasts until next April I believe, what happens then if I get a pay rise after this time do I still have to declare and then get ipa at this time?

Also don't know if anyone can answer this but council tax have contacted my ex for outstanding amount with attachment of earnings will this affect his credit rating?

Thankyou.

    NI is not effected.

If you are still unischarged then, you must declare the change of income within 21 and an ipa for surplus income can be put in place. If you have already been discharged by then, they can't.

A liability order and aoe for council tax doesn't go on your credit report, so shouldn't have any effect.

    thankyou.
