I use the Lakeland yoghurt maker. To start things off, you need some live yoghurt - say Alpro, about 4-6 tablespoons. Then I warm up 900ml of soya milk to blood temperature, pour it into the yoghurt maker, stir in well and switch on the yoghurt maker for 8-9 hours. Voila - nice soya yoghurt!
Then all you do is reserve enough of that batch to start the next lot off.Life is not a dress rehearsal.0 -

Brilliant, thank
Probably a silly question - what's the best way to then flavour the soy yogurt?
OH likes bought ones, but we'll only get them when on offer as a treat.
Thanks

With what ever you like!
if you want it to keep it's probably better to stew some fruit and stir it in when cold (or you could use tinned) a bit like a fruit corner as this should kill of most moulds etc on the fruit. don't forget to keep back some of your unmodified stuff for the next batch.0 -
Thanks for that0
