Hi all,
I have bought a gammon joint costing about £4 for 1.5k, can I slice it up into gammon steaks and fry or grill them as this, or is there a reason this wouldn't work???
Anyone done it???
Thanks
WM

I've done it - IMHO it actually tastes nicer, especially as you decide the thickness. I think mine broke up slightly, but that didn't seem to bother anyone.I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.Yup you are officially Rock n Roll
