ex local authority house

Hi,we have owned an ex local authority house for the past 20 years (2ND HOUSE)and are looking to sell it in FEBRUARY 2010 ,when purchased i believe it was classed as a REEMA CONSTRUCTION.does anybody out there know of any lenders that may lend on this type of house.the house has 3 bedrooms d/glazing all round central heating and combi boiler 2 1/2 years old .any pointers would be much appreciated to help any prospective buyers who will probably need a mortgage many thanks exterradurks
