Greetings fellow moneysavers,
Need some help with mortgage surveys. We'd like to have a full survey carried out but have the gas boiler and electrics checked. The homebuyers reports doesn't include this but we haven't seen any mention if the building survey covers this.
What's the best way to have everything checked out?
