What do you mean by 'slight' adverse credit. Who have you tried so far and why were you rejected (if indeed you were).0

No defaults or ccjs, 4 missed payments on credit cards in last 8 months, earn 25k. Only 27500 for quarter share have 7000 savings.0

Not applied anywhere yet0

Woolwich do S/O mortgages. We have been approved for one with a 10 percent deposit. Its under boyfriends name though and his Creit is spotless so not sure about that side of it. Beware of the huge mortage fee though - £1499 !!0

any brokers know?0

It's doubtful tbh. One that may is called cheshire, but the rate is c12% so no one can afford it. Most lenders that accept bad credit, do not accpet S/O. I can't see Woolwich or any high st lender doing it as it would likely fail the 'responsible lending' test on the grounds you couldn't afford to keep up existing debts, so adding to your total debt is irresponsible.0

Tx Conrad, think I will look into Cheshire because even at 12 percent the payments would be 233 plus 180 rent and 10 service charge which is still 160 less per month then I am paying now.
Is it poosible to go direct or do I have to use a broker?0
