Battery wall lights? Any such thing?

Is there such a thing? I don't want to pay out for an electrician as it would be costly, so can you get wall lights that don't run on electric?

I think unless you dont plan on using the lights very often that replacing batteries every 2 days will cost more than an electrician for 3 hours.

The only ones I have ever seen are like these and are really a few minute things not on all night things
