Thanks for the reply. I have already tried phoning them; however it is very difficult to be put through to an actual mortgage advisor. I have been informed twice that an advisor will call me back with the answer... I’m still waiting! I won’t be able to get into a branch for a couple of weeks, so if anyone knows the answer in the mean time it would be much appreciated.
