I'm a FTB looking for a joint mortgage with partner who is in full time employment but I'm self employed working through a temp agency on an ongoing contract. Been out of work for 2 months but previously was temping.
Looking to buy a newbuild house, what are the chances of getting a mortgage and what brokers or lenders should we be using?
Main application will be partner and I the secondary applicant
Thanks
