Sorry, more questions about going BR, please help?

Please can someone advise me, my partner's going BR, but we're still confused about a few things :o

Is his pension classed as an asset?

Cash in bank - wages are now paid into my bank account, do we declare this?

Cash in hand - what do we put for this, is it literally money he has in his wallet on the day, and does this include the £510 court costs?

Internet services - I'm treasurer for a local charity playgroup, and need internet for this, as it's a charity all my work is done from home and charity can't afford to pay this, will OR be understanding and allow us this on SOA?

We have a joint OD ( I've only had my name on it for about 3 months! ), this is presently at -£634, OD limit is £300, so we are constantly having £22 added, aswell as returned DD amounts for loans, do we clear it on a credit card or leave it and have to swallow paying it back somehow?

Any help, partners planning on going to court on Friday, anyone any experience in Norwich Court?

Cash in bank - wages are now paid into my bank account, do we declare this? You'll have to declare what the balance of the account is

Cash in hand - what do we put for this, is it literally money he has in his wallet on the day, and does this include the £510 court costs? No need that question is only really for businesses etc

Internet services - I'm treasurer for a local charity playgroup, and need internet for this, as it's a charity all my work is done from home and charity can't afford to pay this, will OR be understanding and allow us this on SOA? IF its for work/education needs then the OR will understand...although you'll need to explain during your interview

IF your planning to co to court on friday then the receiver wouldnt look kindly to you doing that....although if your partner is going BR the joints debts will now fall to the person NOT bankrupt
