Paying off overdrafts
Hi, another university related question here.
I finished my postgraduate study last year. As well as the usual Student Loan, I also have:
Career Development Loan from Barclays - £10,000
Barclays Overdraft - £1550
Natwest Overdraft - £2000
I am in full time employment and get paid about £1100 each month into my Barclays account.
I am paying off the CDL each month, roughly about £190.00. I also need to address the overdraft issue. I have been looking at the Barclays Graduate Loan and was thinking of getting £3550 to pay off both of the overdrafts - and then just pay off the loan monthly - however I could probably only afford about £50 a month due to the CDL.
I have had a read through this forum and I am a bit concerned about whether or not Barclays would consider lending me even more money. Would I have a better chance of borrowing this amount if they know that I am using it to pay them back?
Any advice is greatly appreciated.

That figure is including interest. To add to that, its not quite that amount anymore as I have paid off about £1000.0
