Oh my days, if I had a peach bathroom suite I would be grateful to anyone that chose to damage it!

Even if they did want the whole suite replacing, do they not realise that you can pick one up at B&Q for less than £200?
    Gone ... or have I?

What a pair of despicable oafs these two are, in my opinion. Greedy, greedy, greedy. That bathroom suite was probably 30 years old. They are surely amongst the most despised people in Britain.

edit: I was hoping, when I opened this thread, that 'Wilson's in court again' was going to be about a bankruptcy hearing for the pair of them. Bit disappointed, but still, fingers crossed, eh.

The best I can wish these two for the future is either an early death or leprosy.

Who paid the house insurance? Tenant or landlord?

What would insurers say if a blue cistern lid broke, made a claim explaining the lid was no longer made in that exact shade of colour?

Would they or their loss-adjusters authorise whole new £3,000 bathroom refit to keep everything the exact same shade?
