Please can anyone help and give some advice
The Mortgage Company have charged me charges.
ARRS LETTER/CALL FEE £ 35.00
FAILED PROMISE £ 40.00
DEBT COUNSELING £100.00
Please will anybody give me advice and i will be very Greatfull

Im not sure what advice you are asking for - if you asking if these charges are legal? if so, check your KFI document that came with your mortgage, it should tell you about the charges that your lender can apply.0
