"No the amount is reserved and when processed it is released and taken.
You order has been cancelled and the reserved amount will be unreserved
tomorrow morning when the batch is processed approx 3am.

The payment system they use takes payment right away, so when he says payment has not been taken, isnt strictly true, what I believe happens is money is taken, then refunded.0

In my opinion you've all had a lucky escape, from my experience Maxtor drives are highly unreliable and you'll curse yourself for buying one when you've lost all your data, and worse photo's etc. Buy a Hitachi HGST instead.0
