Got a date for bankruptcy, but...

It's 6 weeks away and I'm already getting very threatening letters from solicitors, would it be worth me letting them know that I am declaring myself bankrupt? Or should I tell them something else?

dont bother...all it will do is increase the hassles

hi there same here 8th sept.keep going we have also been hounded by the phone an letters,not answering phone is better but the letters more scary.just keep going not long now.we have waited 6 month an it has flown by..but these last few weeks are dragging. regards penny0

Exactly what I was going to say. I did the same to buy me a little time before 'the big day'. It didn't completely stop the calls though.0 -
