If I have the luck to stumble upon a genuine price mistake you can bet your life I wont post it here . Not that I begrudge the geniune MSE but because of people like him who ruin it for EVERYONE ! Instead I may PM a few GENUINE MSE's who I would hope would do the same by PMinig a few more GENUINE MSE's 8)

Unfortunately PhilUK has put a sour taste in a few mouths today. I think his actions do prevent people posting genuine offers to MSE because of this sort of abuse. But at the end of the day only he knows if he ordered 50 (lets be honest £750 of Futurama is a lot to shift)

I believe that for every 1 like Phil there are plenty more people who deserve the chance to buy stuff at a reduced price. As such I would not withold offers because of the minority. As I say this is my opinion and do not want to get into a debate about it. I feel there has been enough personal attacks in this thread already.

How many times does it need to be said before it will penetrate some people's thick skulls?

You DON'T call customer services about any orders involving pricing errors, because that reduces the chances of anyone getting anything! If Customer Services become aware of an error, they can address it - if they aren't aware, most systems are automated, and a load of orders will be processed before they can do anything about it. THAT'S WHY YOU SHOULD NEVER CALL THEM!

Just place an order, and wait for them to get in touch with you. A little patience will make your order more likely to be fulfilled.
