payday loan help cannot pay

i currently have 3 payday loans with quickquid-£600,payday uk-£250 and wageday advance-£200. i am in talks with cccs waiting for appointment about dmp which is on 25th aug. they said to offer them £1 each token payment which is what i am going to do. my situation although 100% my fault, is really worrying me. i want to know what the next step would be for these companies. would they write or call or send people round to my home? defualt me or send me to court? if any one has been in this dilema with these companies advice would be great or even if you have been in situation with payday loan companies in general. thanks you

    Hi there.;)

I'm sure someone will post up soon, but so far with my experience, as all my creditors are lloyds tsb, we have received letters as we have only been paying the £1 token payments for the last 3 months, they basically say they are unable to accept these payments, yet they do still use them towards the debts.
Hopefully your creditors will be more lenient.
We did receive 2 default letters but nothing have come of them as such yet, but do not worry, you cannot pay what you have not got.

Ours is because we are in mortgage arrears and need to fund more towards that, as its a priority debt, where the others are only unsecured.

Things will gradually settle down, and as I am not sure on how other creditors work, I am unable to give you any info on them, but I wish you luck anyway, and again do not worry, good luck.

I am with the CCCS as well and found them very helpful indeed, we do not have a plan as such, only as stated above to pay token payments at this time.;)
