freezing ready made up pita breads / wraps?

Hi, I thought I would use the wealth of knowledge on this board, rather than just seeing if this works and potentially getting soggy lunch / food poisoning....!

I was planning on making some meatball and cheese wraps / pita breads for my lunch next week, but I know that it will get to monday morning and I will forget / be too lazy. Could I make up a weeks worth today, and put them in the freezer until they are needed?
They are sweedish style meatballs and packets of ready sliced cheese. Then I will put salad on them when I am ready to eat them

Thanks :D

Well, what I would do and do do, is keep the various bits in the fridge and make up one batch the night before for the next day. Leave these in the fridge made up then take out the next morning.

Then that night make up another batch.

I think the ingredients will keep a good few days in the fridge without the need to freeze them. Plus as you say if you do freeze them then you have still got to put the salad in anyway.

The Swedish meatballs last ages. Very long date on them.

Frozen pittas are fine themselves. Be wary of your fillings though :)
